The Moba maxipack M16 and M22 are the only machines worldwide capable of bagging the entire chicken, both frozen and fresh finished product. The maxipack is an extremely reliable machine. Partly because of this, these machines have been a familair name in the chicken slaughtering industry for decades. The maxipack is made of stainless steel and high-quality, abrasion-resistant plastics. Bos Technical Support has more than 25 years of experience with these machines. The machines we sell have undergone an extensive mechanical, electrical and electronic overhaul so that they can run again for years in the production process.
During the overhaul, every moving part is subjected to a thorough inspection and replaced where necessary. The machine is then fitted with the latest electrical components. That means completely rebuilding the control cabinet with state-of-the-art components. We install an entirely new Mitsubishi PLC (Program Logic Controller) and equip it with the latest software.

The work we can perform:
– Mechanical overhaul of your Maxipack. This includes replacing defective and worn parts.
– Electro technical overhaul of the Maxipack electrical cabinet. This includes replacing the often old PLC control the cabling and cabinet layout.
– Annual maintenance of your Maxipack. Where necessary, parts are replaced so that your machine is always in top condition.
– The work can be performed in our workshop or on site at the customer’s premises.
